Chocolate Almond Whipped Cream

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1 tablespoon of cocoa
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1 teaspoon of almond extract

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Directions:
Mix the powdered sugar with the cocoa into a bowl. Add the heavy cream and almond extract in with the cocoa mixture. Blending well....beat until stiff peaks form. Serve on your favorite chocolate dessert.
Yield: 8-12 servings
