Chocolate Butterscotch Candy

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of light corn syrup
1 cup of peanut butter
6 cups of crisp rice cereal
6 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 ounces of butterscotch chips
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Directions:
Pour the sugar and corn syrup into a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until the mixture bubbles. Remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter and cereal, mixing well. Press into a greased 13x9 cake pan. Combine the chocolate and butterscotch together in a microwave-safe bowl for 2-3 minutes, stirring until melted. Spread the chocolate over the mixture in the pan. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Yield: 18 servings
