Chocolate Butterscotch Cookies



Prep Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of semi-sweet
chocolate chips
1/2 cup of butterscotch pieces
1/2 cup of softened margarine
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup of pecans


Cook Time: 15 minutes

Directions:
Combine the chocolate chips, butterscotch pieces, margarine, and both sugars into a bowl. Blend well. Add the remaining ingredients into the mixture....stirring until thoroughly blended. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake in a preheated 375 degrees oven for 10-15 minutes or until done.
Yield: 42 servings
