Chocolate Chess Pie



Prep Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup of margarine
6 ounces of dark chocolate chips
3 cups of sugar
2 tablespoons of flour
6 eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
12 ounces of evaporated milk
2 baked pie shells
whipped topping--optional




Cook Time: 50 minutes

Directions:
Mix the margarine and chocolate together in a saucepan. Stir until melted. In a bowl....combine the sugar, and flour and blend well.
Add the eggs, extract, and milk into the bowl....stir constantly. Pour the mixture into the saucepan. Stir until blended. Increase the heat to medium and stir for 10 minutes.
Pour the mixture into 2 separate baked pie shells. Bake in a preheated 375 degrees oven for 30 minutes. Garnish with the whipped topping.
Yield: 16-20 servings
