Chocolate Chiffon Pie

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
1 package of unflavored gelatin
3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 3/4 cups of skim milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups of frozen low-fat, non-diary whipped topping
1 1/2 teaspoons of a sugar substitute
1 baked pie crust

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Directions:
Combine the gelatin, cocoa powder, and skim milk into a saucepan. Let the ingredients set for 5 minutes.

Place the saucepan on low heat....stirring until the gelatin is dissolved. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Refrigerate the cocoa mixture and let cool.

Combine the whipped topping, sugar substitute, and cocoa mixture into a bowl. Beat until well blended.

Pour the mixture into the pie crust. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
