Chocolate Chip Cookies


Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups of
all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon
of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of softened margarine
3/4 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup of chopped nuts





Cook Time: 10 minutes

Directions:
Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt into a bowl. In a separate bowl....mix the sugars, margarine, eggs, and vanilla. Beat the mixture until creamy. Slowly add the flour mixture and blend well. Stir in the chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes in a preheated 375 degrees oven or until done.
Yield: 100 servings
