Chocolate Cocoa Cake
 Prep Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups of sifted flour
3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of softened margarine
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
4 ounces of grated dark chocolate
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
Cook Time: 40 minutes
Directions:
Combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt into a bowl. Blend well. In a separate bowl....mix the sugar and margarine together until creamy. Add the eggs into the sugar mixture until it is smooth. Pour the milk and vanilla into the flour mixture....blend well. Combine the sugar mixture in with the flour mixture and mix thoroughly. Pour batter into a greased 8 inch cake pan. Sprinkle the walnuts over the batter....lightly pressing them into the batter. Top the cake with the grated chocolate. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for 40 minutes or until done. The cake will rise unevenly which is typical for this cake. Serve warm. Yield: 10 servings
