Chocolate Bites

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
1/2 of a refrigerated 18 ounce peanut butter cookie dough
1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons of chopped nuts

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Directions:
Cut the cookie dough into 6 separate pieces and cut each separate piece into 4 pieces. Place each slice into a muffin cup pan coated with a nonstick cooking spray.

Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for 9 minutes until the dough is almost firm. Remove from the oven.

Indent each shell with a spoon and bake for another 2 minutes or until the edges are firm. Cool for 15 minutes.

Remove the cups from the muffin pan. Melt the chocolate chips and milk in a saucepan over low heat. Spoon the chocolate mixture into each shell. Sprinkle with the nuts. Let cool.
Yield: 24 servings
