Chocolate Eggnog
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
4 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 1/4 cups of milk
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup of sugar
5 tablespoons of dark rum
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Directions:
Mix the chocolate and milk together in a saucepan, stirring until it boils. In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks and sugar together until thickened. Combine the egg mixture in with the milk, stirring continuously. Pour in the rum and serve. Yield: 2 servings
