Chocolate Frosting





Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
2 ounces of unsweetened baking chocolate
1 tablespoon of margarine
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 cups of powdered sugar
1/3 cup of milk



Cook Time: 20 minutes

Directions:
Mix the chocolate and margarine in a saucepan on low heat. Remove from the heat and let cool. Stir in the vanilla, powdered sugar, and milk. Beat the mixture until it is smooth and has spreading consistency.
Yield: 8 servings
