Chocolate Fudge
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
12 ounces of semi-sweet
chocolate chips
7 ounces of marshmallow cream
12 ounces of evaporated milk
1/2 cup of margarine
4 cups of sugar
2 cups of chopped nuts
2 cups of miniature marshmallows
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Directions:
Combine the chocolate chips and marshmallow cream into a bowl. Stir the milk, sugar, and margarine into a saucepan over medium heat. Let the mixture boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Combine this mixture with the chocolate and beat until creamy. Stir in the nuts and the marshmallows. Pour the fudge into a greased 9x13 baking pan. Refrigerate for 6 hours or until firm. May refrigerate for 3 weeks. Yield: 115 servings
