Chocolate Glaze
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 ounce of unsweetened baking chocolate
1/2 teaspoon of margarine
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Directions:
Place the chocolate and margarine into top saucepan of double boiler over hot....not boiling water. Stir until the mixture is smooth. Cool slightly. Using the tip of a teaspoon....allow the glaze to drizzle down on the sides and over the cake. Yield: 8 servings
