Mayonnaise Cake



Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
1/4 cup of sugar
2 cups of sifted flour
6 packets of a sugar substitute
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda
4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 cup of cold water
1 cup of fat-free mayonnaise







Cook Time: 45 minutes

Directions:
Combine all the dry ingredients into a bowl. In a separate bowl, stir in the cold water and mayonnaise. Combine the water mixture with the dry ingredients, blending well. Grease a 8x12 inch cake pan with a non-stick cooking spray. Pour the batter into the cake pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for 45 minutes or until done.
Yield: 8 servings
