Chocolate Mints
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups of chocolate chips
1 square of unsweetened baking chocolate
14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk
4 drops of peppermint oil
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Directions:
Combine the chocolate chips and baking chocolate together in a saucepan. Stir the chocolates together and melt over low heat. Remove from the heat and pour into a bowl. Blending well....add the milk and peppermint to the chocolate mixture. Pour into a greased 8 inch baking pan. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: 64 servings
