Chocolate Nut Brittle







Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
12 ounces of a chopped semi-sweet chocolate bar
3 ounces of chopped brazil nuts
6 ounces of chopped white chocolate
6 ounces of a chopped fudge bar


Cook Time: 15 minutes

Directions:
Melt half of the semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir until smooth. Pour the chocolate into a greased aluminum 8 inch cake pan. Sprinkle with the nuts, white chocolate, and fudge. Melt the other half of the semi-sweet chocolate and pour over the top. Let the brittle set and break into pieces using the tip of a knife.
Yield: 6-8 servings
