Chocolate Popcorn Graham Treats



Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup of firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup of margarine
1/2 cup of corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
10 cups of popped popcorn
10 1/2 ounces of miniature marshmallows
2 cups of mini graham cookies
1 cup of chocolate chips





Cook Time: 15 minutes

Directions:
Add the sugar, margarine, and corn syrup into a saucepan. Stir occasionally and let cook for 5 minutes over high heat. Remove from heat and stir in the baking soda.
In a bowl....add the marshmallows and popcorn. Pour the sugar mixture over the popcorn. Blend the cookies and chocolate chips into the popcorn.
Spread the mixture onto a greased 15 inch pan. Let cool and break into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
Yield: 20-30 servings
