Chocolate Pudding Cake
Prep Time: 15 minutes 
Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups of sugar 1 cup of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of melted margarine 4 beaten large eggs 1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa
1/4 cup of nuts
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
vanilla ice cream--optional
Cook Time: 2 hours
Directions:
Stir together all the ingredients into a large bowl. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased 3 quart crock pot. Keep covered and cook on LOW for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until the edges are set and the center is soft. Let the cake stand in crock pot....covered for 30 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream if desired. Yield: 6-8 servings
