Chocolate Pudding Fudge Candy
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
8 halved squares of semi-sweet baking chocolate
1/2 cup of margarine....set aside 2 tablespoons
1/3 cup of water
1 small package of chocolate instant pudding mix
3 cups of powdered sugar
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Directions:
Combine 4 chocolate squares and 6 tablespoons of the margarine plus the water into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes or until melted.
Add the pudding mix into the chocolate mixture and stir well. Stir in the powder sugar, until blended.
Press the mixture into a greased aluminum baking pan. Microwave the remaining 4 squares of chocolate and butter together.
Spread over the pudding mixture. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
Yield: 48 servings
