Chocolate Raspberry Brownies







Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
4 ounces of unsweetened chocolate
6 tablespoons of margarine
1 1/2 cups of sugar
3 eggs
1/4 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup of sifted flour
10 ounces of raspberry jam

Cook Time: 35 minutes

Directions:
Melt the chocolate and margarine in a saucepan over low heat until melted, stirring until smooth.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, salt and flour. Mix thouroughly.
Spread the mixture into a greased 9x9 cake pan. Spoon three even lines of the raspberry jam over the brownie mixture.
Drag the butter knife through the brownie mixture, creating a swirl look. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for 35 minutes or until done.
Yield: 16 servings
