Chocolate Rice Crispy Fudge
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1/4 cup of margarine
1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup of corn syrup
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
2 cups of rice crispy cereal
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Directions:
Combine the margarine, chocolate chips, corn syrup, and vanilla extract into a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth and remove from heat. Blend the sugar and cereal into the mixture, stirring until coated. Press the mixture into an 8 inch square pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares. Yield: 12-16 servings
