Chocolate Spicy Fudge

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons of margarine
2/3 cup of evaporated milk
1 2/3 cups of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1 disc of finely chopped Mexican chocolate

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Directions:
Mix the margarine, milk, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and cayenne into a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Let the mixture boil for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat. Stir in the vanilla, marshmallows, and chocolate chips into the saucepan, mixing well. Spread into a greased aluminum baking pan. Sprinkle the Mexican chocolate on top. Refrigerate until the fudge is firm.
Yield: 12-16 servings
