Chocolate Truffle Candy
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
7 ounces of no-sugar white frosting mix
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon of brandy flavoring
Cook Time: 1 hour
Directions:
In a bowl, beat the egg yolks until they are thick and airy. Add the frosting mix, cocoa, and brandy flavoring. Blend well. May need to add a little water to form into workable paste. Form into balls. Place on a wax paper-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate until firm. Yield: 36 servings
