Chocolate Whipped Cream

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1 tablespoon of cocoa
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Directions:
In a bowl....combine the powdered sugar with the cocoa and stir until blended. Add the cream and vanilla extract to the mixture....mixing well. Beat until stiff peaks form. Serve on your favorite desserts.
Yield: 4-6 servings
