Chocolate Cookie Pie
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of melted margarine
1 1/2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup of chopped nuts
1 unbaked pie shell
Cook Time: 55 minutes
Directions:
Add the eggs in a bowl and beat well. Combine the flour and sugars....mix until well blended. Stir in the margarine, chocolate chips, and nuts. Pour the mixture into the pie shell. Bake in a preheated oven at 325 degrees for 55 minutes or until puffy and golden. Let cool. Yield: 8 servings
