Crunchy Peanut Butter Candy
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup of peanut butter
2 1/2 cups of crushed corn flakes
Cook Time: 40 minutes
Directions:
Combine the peanut butter and chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir every 30 seconds to prevent the chocolate from burning.
Blend the corn flakes into the chocolate and stir until the mixture is evenly coated with the chocolate.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a wax paper-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate until the candy is firm.
May refrigerate up to 2 weeks. Yield: 45-50 servings
