Tannins help prevent the buildup of plaque. So, if we eat dark chocolate it can help our smiles by avoiding tooth decay.

Recent studies show drinking chocolate milk can increase athlete’s aerobic fitness levels. Also, the athletes benefitted from drinking the chocolate milk due to the carbohydrates, protein, fluid and electrolytes found in the drink.
