Double Chocolate Pie
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of skim milk
2 small packages of sugar-free, instant chocolate pudding mix
1 1/4 cups of water
1 baked pie crust
1/2 cup of fat-free cream cheese
1 tablespoon of skim milk
2 tablespoons of low-sugar, no-fat, chocolate syrup
1 1/2 cups of low-fat, non-diary, whipped topping
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Directions:
Combine the 1 1/2 cups of milk, water, and pudding mixes into a bowl. Blend until the mixture is very thick then pour into the pie crust. Mix the cream cheese and the tablespoon of milk together in a separate bowl. Add the syrup and whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture. Pour over the top of the pudding mixture. Refrigerate 3 hours or more. Yield: 8 servings
