Matzoh Crunch

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
5 matzoh boards
1 cup of packed brown sugar
1 cup of margarine
8 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Directions:
Prepare a baking sheet with a nonstick cooking spray. Layer the baking sheet with the boards. Break a couple of them up to fill in the gaps.
Mix the sugar and margarine in a saucepan over medium heat. Stirring constantly, let the mixture boil for 4 minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat and pour the mixture over the boards.
Smooth the sugar mixture evenly covering all the boards. Bake for 10-12 minutes in a preheated oven at 350 degrees or until done. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips over the mixture.
Once the chips are melted spread the chocolate evenly. Press the nuts onto the chocolate. Let cool in the refrigerator. Break into pieces.
Yield: 8-10 servings
