Mocha Chocolate Mousse
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
10 teaspoons of hot coffee
1 package of hot chocolate mix, no-sugar added
2 cups of frozen, low-fat, non-diary whipped topping
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Directions:
Pour the chocolate mix into a bowl. Add the coffee, stirring until the powder is dissolved. Fold in the whipped topping until mixed. Yield: 4 servings
