Mocha Chocolate Pudding Cake
 Prep Time: 40 minutes
Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups of sugar
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of melted margarine
4 beaten large eggs
1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa
1/4 cup of nuts
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
2 teaspoons of instant coffee granules
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
vanilla ice cream--optional
Cook Time: 2-2 1/2 hours
Directions:
Stir together all the ingredients into a large bowl. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased 3 quart crock pot. Keep covered and cook on LOW for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until the edges are set and the center is soft. Let the cake stand in crock pot. Keep covered for 30 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream if desired. Yield: 6-8 servings
