Chocolate Mocha Whipped Cream
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons of cocoa
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon of instant coffee granules
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Directions:
Combine the cocoa, powdered sugar and coffee granules into a bowl. Blend well. Add the cream and vanilla extract into the cocoa mixture. Blend until stiff peaks form. Serve on a yummy, chocolate dessert. Yield: 6 servings
