Never Fail Chocolate Cake

Prep Time: 40 minutes
Ingredients:
6 tablespoons of cocoa
2 1/2 cups of flour
1 3/4 cups of sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons of baking soda
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3 eggs
1 cup of melted margarine
1 1/2 cups of water
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Cook Time: 40 minutes
Directions:
Combine all the dry ingredients into a bowl, blending well. Add the remaining ingredients in with the dry mixture. Beat until well blended. Pour batter into a greased 9 inch cake pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for 40 minutes or until done.
