Passover Chocolate Brownies



Prep Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of softened, unsalted Passover margarine
3/4 cup of cocoa powder
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup of matzoh cake meal
2 teaspoons of instant coffee
1/3 cup of chopped walnuts
1/2 cup of chocolate chips



Cook Time: 25 minutes

Directions:
Mix the margarine and cocoa into a bowl then stir in the sugar. Add the remaining ingredients, blending well. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for 25 minutes or until done. Cool and cut into small squares.
Yield: 16 servings
