Peanut and Chocolate Cluster



Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
12 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups of peanuts
1 ounce of vanilla flavored candy coating....optional

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Directions:
Heat the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly until the chips are melted. Stir in the peanuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto a wax paper-lined baking sheet. Stirring....melt the vanilla coating in a separate saucepan. Drizzle a small amount of both coatings onto each cluster creating a marbled effect.
Yield: 24 servings
